Construction of workers’ houses at the Chadormalu Industrial Complex, Ardakan – Yazd

The contract for the construction of workers’ houses at the Chadormalu Industrial Complex was signed in September 2022 through a public tender with the “Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company.” The execution of the project commenced in November of the same year at the Chadormalu Industrial Complex, located 25 kilometers from Ardakan County in Yazd Province.

The initial contract duration was twelve months, with an initial value of 560 billion rials. However, due to the inclusion of additional tasks such as landscaping and access roads, as well as the central heating plant, the project saw a 25% increase in the contract value. As a result, the project duration was extended to 23 months, and the final value, including adjustments from the “Management and Planning Organization of the Country,” increased to approximately 1,000 billion rials.
A notable aspect of this project is that it was initially intended to construct dormitories for the workers at the Chadormalu Industrial Complex. However, due to the high quality of execution and the use of premium materials, the management of the complex, after appreciating the company’s work, decided to change the project’s purpose. It will now serve as a “management complex” for the subsidiary companies to use.

The project was executed on a land area of 16,000 square meters, with the following spaces:

  • Seven building blocks with a total area of 4,200 square meters
  • Sidewalk paving and landscaping areas totaling 7,500 square meters
  • Access roads to the complex covering 4,100 square meters
  • The central heating plant of the complex, occupying an area of 160 square meters.

The company, Pol Sakhteman Tak-Sazan, expresses its gratitude for the continuous attention of the employer and all those involved in the project. It hopes that its contribution to the construction and development of the prestigious Chadormalu Industrial Complex has been a worthy collaboration.
