

According to the Public Relations report of Pelsakhteman Taksazan Company and based on an interview with Mohammad Chamani, the Chairman of the Board and the person responsible for the construction of the workers’ housing at the Chadormalu Industrial Complex, the project is set to be ready for temporary handover to the client by mid-November.
He further stated that after eighteen months of work, and according to the planned schedule, the project is nearing completion. With the full satisfaction of the client and the hard work of the employees and colleagues at the company, the project is now ready for operation.
The construction of the workers’ dormitory project consists of seven blocks, with an approximate area of 4130 square meters. It includes the procurement and supply of materials, as well as the full construction of architecture, structures, mechanical, and electrical installations. The project is located at the Chadormalu Industrial Complex, at kilometer 25 on the Ardakan-Nayin road. It is hoped that the completion of this building will provide better conditions for the client’s staff.
The Chairman of the Board of Pelsakhteman Taksazan Company mentioned that the company adhered to the predefined principles for this project, with a spirit of collaboration and decisions based on collective wisdom, respect for clients, and increased interaction.
